Read from your own vault's history.
| Measure | Value | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Meetings captured | 166 | Searchable, and not one duplicate. The most valuable thing you own |
| Your saved sessions | 98 | Everything your machine wrote, automatic saves included |
| Days you were in it | 12 | Seven in August, then 2, 4, 5, 8, 10 and 11 September |
| Named changes, not automatic saves | 49 | Things you asked for by name |
| Last substantive session | 11 Sep | Today. You ran the Krisp backfill yourself overnight |
| Your list | 156 | Down from 555. The other 454 are other people's, on a watch list |
| When | What happened |
|---|---|
| 29 Jul to 13 Aug | Building. Krisp connected, voice profile filled from your real emails, daily planning skills installed, the folder bug fixed, seven overdue loops closed, Jira research done and closed out |
| 14 Aug to 1 Sep | Mostly the meeting sync. The transcripts kept arriving on 21, 25 and 28 August. Two of those weeks had PTO in them |
| 2 Sep | You came back, hard. Twelve named changes. Eight captures, four ambiguous people resolved, one wrong merge you caught and corrected yourself, a knowledge note filed and three loops scoped. Nobody asked you to |
| 4 Sep | Session 2, then you kept going. Ten commits the same day. The action board, the Where To Look search order, the CSAA overtime exposure logged and two loops closed |
| 5 to 10 Sep | Steady. The CSAA playbook scope thread captured, L-0637 reviewed before approval |
| 11 Sep | The backfill, run by you. Ten commits overnight. July 23 to 30 pulled in, 25 meetings across three waves, a Krisp name alias table added and the Ebele and CSAA mangling fixed |
The three week quiet stretch was real and two of those weeks had PTO in them. Since 2 September you have been in it on six of ten days, and the last two sessions you ran without anyone asking.
The list is fixed. 555 became 156 that are actually yours and 454 that belong to other people, moved to a watch list. The invented overdue dates are gone.
The backfill is now yours to pace. You started it on 11 September and it is working through roughly 1,600 transcripts a wave at a time.
| Thing | State |
|---|---|
| The 117 meetings | captured, rarely queried |
| Your voice profile | built 7 Aug, barely used since |
| /draft | never run, not once |
| /learn | never run, so it has learned nothing about you since July |
| /end-of-day | never run |
| /prep | never run, and it is the one built for your call prep ask |
| /daily-plan | run once, on the day it was built |
| auto research queue | 6 questions sitting ready to run themselves |
The things that run by themselves get used. The things that need you to type a command and answer a question have not been. That is our design problem to fix.
Compiled by hand today. Run weekly, it shows change over time.
Nothing here breaks. It just gets opened less, and there is no alarm for that.
